Weissenhorn held off Bochum to secure ProB Finals appearance. Weissenhorn Youngstars forced 19 AstroStars turnovers. Worth to mention a quality performance of center Bjoern Rohwer (213-95) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 7 rebounds. Power forward Nils Mittmann (201-79) helped adding 19 points. Four Weissenhorn Youngstars players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was naturalized American point guard Gary Johnson (188-82, college: Cent.Florida) with 8 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and center Michael Haucke (210-85) scored 10 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
