Yakin Dogu coasted past Istanbul Uni on the road to sweep the series. Yakin Dogu BGD dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Istanbul Uni's 26 and made 16-of-18 charity shots (88.9 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Istanbul Uni 41-30 including a 34-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Yakin Dogu BGD players were unselfish on offense dishing 32 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Istanbul Uni's players. American-Hungarian point guard Courtney Vandersloot (173-89, college: Gonzaga) notched 15 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and American guard Kayla McBride (180-92, college: Notre Dame) supported her with 15 points and 6 assists. Four Yakin Dogu BGD players scored in double figures. Even 21 points by American point guard Tan White (170-82, college: Mississippi St., agency: ProDep Management) did not help to save the game for Istanbul Uni. Point guard Kardelen Gezgin (170-0) added 6 points and 7 rebounds for the hosts. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
