There was no surprise when 13th ranked Hyeres-Toulon (10-19) lost at home to fourth ranked Strasbourg IG (20-9) 78-68. The game was mostly controlled by Strasbourg IG. Hyeres-Toulon was better in third quarter 22-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The former international guard Paul Lacombe (195-90, agency: BeoBasket) stepped up and scored 20 points and 5 assists for the winners and the former international forward Jeremy Leloup (202-87) chipped in 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Strasbourg IG's coach Vincent Collet allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
