The game in Haifa was also quite interesting. Second ranked Hapoel Holon (19-10) played at the court of 6th ranked Maccabi Haifa (15-14). Hapoel Holon defeated Maccabi Haifa 85-74 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Hapoel Holon. Maccabi Haifa managed to win fourth quarter 21-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hapoel Holon keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Hapoel Eilat. Maccabi Haifa at the other side keeps the sixth place with 14 games lost. They share the position with Maccabi Rishon and Ironi Nahariya. Hapoel Holon will meet at home bottom-ranked Maccabi K/G (#12) in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
