Sokhumi was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Mgzavrebi made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game, while Sokhumi only scored three points from the stripe. Mgzavrebi forced 19 Sokhumi turnovers. Strangely Sokhumi outrebounded Mgzavrebi 45-31 including a 23-11 advantage in offensive rebounds.
