Regular Season Round 28: Olimpi - Batumi 64-61

Important game to mention about took place in Tbilisi. Sixth ranked Olimpi (10-18) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 7th ranked Batumi (9-19) 64-61 on Saturday evening. Batumi was ahead by 6 points after three quarters before a 19-10 charge of Olimpi, which allowed them to win the game. The winners were led by American guard Tre Burnette (196, college: S.Dakota) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds and the former international guard Revaz Rogava (191-93) supported him with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds by international Kakhaber Jintcharadze (195-93) did not help to save the game for Batumi. Ukrainian point guard Illya Shemosiuk (188-85) added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for lost side. Olimpi maintains sixth position with 10-18 record, which they share with Mgzavrebi. Batumi lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom place with 19 games lost.
