GDESSA outgunned CAB Madeira in the opening game of Final Four. GDESSA outrebounded CAB Madeira 36-25 including 23 on the defensive glass. American forward Kamilah Jackson (180-92, college: Hawaii) nailed a double-double by scoring 12 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and Marcia Costa (173-89) accounted for 17 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. American point guard Chelsie Schweers (170-89, college: Chris.Newport) came up with 20 points and Serbian power forward Ines Ajanovic (196-80, agency: ProDep Management) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively for CAB Madeira in the defeat.
