There was no surprise in Hyogo where 5th ranked Tokyo Excel. (22-38) was defeated by first ranked Nishinomiya S. (43-17) 82-70 on Friday. Nishinomiya S. dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Tokyo Excel.'s 30.
