Very expected game when 9th ranked Limoges CSP Elite (15-16) was defeated on the road by third ranked JSF Nanterre (22-9) 91-81 on Saturday. Limoges CSP Elite was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. American point guard Chris Warren (178-88, college: Mississippi) fired 23 points and 7 assists for the winners. His fellow American import Mykal Riley (198-85, college: Alabama) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. American-Ukrainian point guard Jerome Randle (175-87, college: California) produced 18 points and 4 assists and the former international center Ousmane Camara (202-89) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five JSF Nanterre and four Limoges CSP Elite players scored in double figures. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for JSF Nanterre. Defending champion maintains third place with 22-9 record having six points less than leader Monaco. Loser Limoges CSP Elite dropped to the tenth position with 16 games lost. JSF Nanterre will face Hyeres-Toulon (#16) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Limoges CSP Elite will play against ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
