Regular Season Round 2: Aleman - Brisas 52-70

The game in Puerto Varas was also quite interesting. Brisas (2-0) played at the court of Aleman (0-2). Brisas did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 70-52 on Saturday. Brisas looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Power forward Sascha Frings (202-86) had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Ruben Molina (192-88) chipped in 11 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Four Brisas players scored in double figures. Forward Marcelo Villagran (184-88) responded with 12 points and 6 rebounds and forward Marko Castro (192-88) scored 8 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Brisas will meet Liceo Curico (#4) in the next round. Aleman will play against Sportiva Italiana in Valparaiso and hope to win that game.
