Fourth-ranked Hokkaido L. (23-37) made lots of trouble for third ranked Chiba Jets (44-16) in Saporro. The visitors from Chiba managed to secure only two-point victory 76-74. However their fans expected easier game. American Tyler Stone (203-91, college: SE Missouri St., agency: Diamond Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. The other American import forward Michael Parker (202-81, college: Evergreen St.) contributed with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. American forward Jahmar Thorpe (198-84, college: Houston) replied with 20 points and guard Asahi Tajima (173-88) added 10 points and 4 assists in the effort for Hokkaido L.Hokkaido L.'s coach Kota Mizuno rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Chiba Jets have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Toyota Alvark. Hokkaido L. at the other side keeps the fourth position with 37 games lost.
