Regular Season Round 32: Boulazac - St Quentin 62-59

Fourteenth-ranked Saint-Quentin (13-19) was very close to win a game against fifth ranked Boulazac Basket (18-14). Boulazac Basket managed to secure only three-point victory 62-59. However their fans expected much easier game. Saint-Quentin was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. The best player for the winners was American power forward Jarvis Williams (198-93, college: Murray St.) who scored 18 points and 6 rebounds. Jerome Sanchez (197-90) chipped in 9 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. American-Kenyan forward Robert Nyakundi (203-89, college: SMU) produced 13 points and 5 rebounds and American center Ryan Rhoomes (203-92, college: Fordham) added 14 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Boulazac Basket maintains fifth position with 18-14 record. Saint-Quentin at the other side dropped to the thirteenth place with 19 games lost. Boulazac Basket's next round opponent will be Denain Voltaire (#12) on the road and are hoping to win another game.
