Everything went according to plan in Madrid where second ranked Valencia Basket (23-8) outscored 11th ranked Movil Estudiantes (12-19) 87-68 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Valencia Basket. Movil Estudiantes managed to win third quarter 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Valencia Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Movil Estudiantes' 34. The best player for the winners was Montenegrin Bojan Dubljevic (205-91, agency: BeoBasket) who scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. American forward Luke Sikma (203-89, college: Portland) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds.
