Bornova players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Chanita Jordan (196-87, college: Bowie St., agency: Gamble Sports Management) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. The former international forward Gulsah Akkaya (181-77, agency: LBM Management) contributed with 9 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American guard Shay Selby (175-90, college: Duke) answered with 7 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Melis Kaya (188-91) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Bodrum. Bodrum's coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
