Semi-Finals Game 1: Hoverla - Krivbas-2 74-59

Hoverla cruised past Krivbas-2 in the opener. The game was mostly controlled by Hoverla. Krivbas-2 managed to win second period 13-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hoverla looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Forward Yevgen Koroviyakov (197-88) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. The former international center Roman Gumeniuk (220-87) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points, 16 rebounds and 5 blocks. Five Hoverla players scored in double figures. Guard Evgeni Sergeychik (185-94) produced 8 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists and point guard Sergey Startsev (190-97) added 16 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side.
