Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Manly Warringah Sea Eagles (6-4) defeated 10th ranked Newcastle Hunters (2-9) in Narrabeen 87-79 on Saturday. Manly Warringah Sea Eagles looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Naturalized Polish swingman Stefan Blaszczynski (196-84, college: Nicholls St.) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 17 rebounds. Cale Bulgin contributed with 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Manly Warringah Sea Eagles' coach let to play all 12 players saving starting five for next games. Jacob Foy answered with 17 points and 5 rebounds and Joel Rauch added 16 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Newcastle Hunters. Four Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and five Newcastle Hunters players scored in double figures. Manly Warringah Sea Eagles maintains fifth place in League with 6-4 record.
