Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Townsville Heat and 7th ranked Rockhampton Rockets had identical 2-2 record. But Rockhampton Rockets were not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Hermit Park 92-81 on Saturday night. American power forward Justin Baker (203-89, college: Utah Valley) stepped up and scored 30 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and the former international point guard Joshua Wilcher (178-91, college: Cent.Wyoming) chipped in 24 points and 9 rebounds. Baker is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side American guard Chris Fowler (185-93, college: Cent.Michigan) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 6 rebounds and 12 assists and Canadian forward David Wagner (206-92, college: UBC) scored 17 points. Four Rockhampton Rockets players scored in double figures. Townsville Heat (3-2) moved-up to sixth place in League. Loser Rockhampton Rockets dropped to the eighth position with three games lost. Townsville Heat will face higher ranked Ipswich Force (#5) in Booval in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Rockhampton Rockets will play on the road against the league's leader Mackay Meteors and hope to win that game.
