Very important is a road loss of second ranked Forestville Eagles (6-2) against sixth ranked West Adelaide Bearcats (4-4) on Saturday night. Visiting Forestville Eagles were defeated by West Adelaide Bearcats in a tough game in Woodville 91-95. West Adelaide Bearcats forced 19 Forestville Eagles turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Dee Oldham (193-94, college: Chattanooga) who helped to win the game recording 26 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 7 steals. Jordan West contributed with 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four West Adelaide Bearcats players scored in double figures. Sudanese forward Majok Deng (208-93, college: La-Monroe) answered with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds and American forward Antonio Garrett (198, college: Idaho Coll.) added 24 points, 12 rebounds and 6 blocks in the effort for Forestville Eagles. West Adelaide Bearcats moved-up to fifth place in League. Forestville Eagles at the other side keep the second position with two games lost. West Adelaide Bearcats' next round opponent will be Eastern Mavericks (#10) in Mt. Barker which should be theoretically an easy game. Forestville Eagles will play at home against Norwood Flames (#8) and hope to win that game.
