Regular Season Round 4: Ndejje - Sharing Youth 66-67

Sharing Youth can celebrate their first win this season after one consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in , where they edged Ndejje (0-2) 67-66. Sharing Youth forced 23 Ndejje turnovers. Ndejje was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Tong Gatwech (-92) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Center Stephan Otoa (-91) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Guard Innocent Ochera (-97) replied with 23 points and 5 rebounds and Gauthier Baderha added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Ndejje. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. It was the only win of guest team this round and in all other games host teams recorded victories. Sharing Youth (1-1) left bottom position moving up to fourth place, which they share with City Oilers and JKL Dolphins. Ndejje at the other side still closes the standings with two games lost. Sharing Youth will play against league's leader KIU Titans in Kampala in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Ndejje will play against UPDF (#11) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
