An interesting game for Sportiva Italiana (5-1) which hosted in Valparaiso second-best Liceo Curico (4-2). Third ranked Sportiva Italiana managed to get a 12-point victory 82-70. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Liceo Curico. It was a key game for the top position in the league.
