Rather predictable result in Kalamunda where tenth ranked Flames (7-10) beat 13th ranked Suns (4-16) 86-77 on Saturday. Flames dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Suns' 26. They outrebounded Suns 48-25 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American forward Vincent Zollo (206-92, college: Cleveland St.) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Donovon Jack (206-93, college: Penn St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds. Flames' coach used an eleven-player rotation saving starting five for next games.
