The game between Top Four teams took place in Chaco. 4th placed host Hindu (2-6) was smashed by second ranked Berazategui (5-3) 78-54. The game was mostly controlled by Berazategui. Hindu was better in second period 15-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Hindu 53-39 including 40 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for Lyndra Weaver who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Macarena Durso (169-91) accounted for 19 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Berazategui's coach Juan Ferreyra felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Forward Maribel Barzola (177-97) came up with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Spanish swingman Irene Gari (185-94, college: Georgia Tech, agency: ProDep Management) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for Hindu in the defeat. Berazategui maintains second place in Norte with 5-3 record having four points less than leader Union Florida. Newly promoted Hindu keeps the fourth position with six games lost. Berazategui's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Buenos Aires Obras Basket.
