Very expected game when 7th ranked Redbacks (6-8) lost to third ranked Senators (12-5) in Leederville 75-83 on Saturday. Senators forced 22 Redbacks turnovers. American forward Kisha Lee (182-85, college: UNLV) orchestrated the victory by scoring 25 points and 7 rebounds. The other American import guard Jasmine Martin (170-93, college: Quinnipiac) contributed with 21 points and 6 steals for the winners. Four Senators players scored in double figures. Guard Gabriella Clayton (173-90) replied with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Rebecca Benson added 17 points in the effort for Redbacks. Senators maintains third position in League with 12-5 record having just twelve point less than leader Logan T. Loser Redbacks keep the seventh place with eight games lost. Senators will face Flames (#11) in Rockingham in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Redbacks will play on the road against the league's leader Magic (#1) in Mandurah and hope to win that game.
