The game in San Felipe was also quite interesting. One of their biggest challengers Brisas (3-4) played at the court of sixth ranked Arturo Prat (4-4). Arturo Prat managed to secure a 7-point victory 80-73 on Saturday. Arturo Prat outrebounded Brisas 46-31 including a 35-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Felipe Ortega (-89) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds and guard Paulo Andrade (174-93) who added 22 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Arturo Prat players scored in double figures. Forward Ruben Molina (192-88) responded with 25 points and 6 rebounds and guard Felipe Oyarzun (187-89) scored 17 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Arturo Prat moved-up to fourth place. Brisas lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth position with four games lost. They share it with Aleman. Arturo Prat will meet league's leader Sportiva Italiana in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Brisas will play against Aleman (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
