Bottom-ranked Sergio Ceppi (0-8) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 94-73 loss to second ranked Sportiva Italiana (7-1) in Santiago. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. Sportiva Italiana forced 20 Sergio Ceppi turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists.
