Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Montevideo: Miramar (#6) and Marne (#12). Miramar (5-3) won against visiting Marne (1-6) 79-65. They outrebounded Marne 41-30 including 29 on the defensive glass. Miramar looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Marne's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Jeffrey Fahnbulleh (200-85) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds and forward Martin Trelles (187-96) who added 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four Miramar players scored in double figures. Forward Andres Pineiro (187-89) responded with 23 points and 6 rebounds and Joaquin Borallo scored 9 points and 12 rebounds. Miramar moved-up to third place. Marne lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with six games lost.
