The game between closely ranked teams ended with first ranked Mount Gambier Pioneers' (14-2) home victory over second-best Ballarat Miners (11-6) 100-75 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 22-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 100-75.
