There was an upset when much higher ranked Buccaneers (17-4) lost to fourteenth ranked Magic (4-17) in Wonthella 79-94 on Saturday. American players dominated the game. It was a very good performance for forward Taylor Mullenax (200-86, college: St.Edward's) who helped to win the game recording 30 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Will McNeill (185-90, college: Washburn) contributed with 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Magic players scored in double figures. Forward Dwayne Benjamin (201-93, college: Oregon) answered with 22 points and 9 rebounds and forward Maurice Barrow (196-92, college: Fairfield) added 22 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Buccaneers. Magic maintains fourteenth place in League with 4-17 record. Loser Buccaneers keep the second position with four games lost. Magic will face higher ranked Eagles (#11) in Morley in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Buccaneers will play on the road against Wanneroo (#3) having rather not much hope for a victory.
