There was a surprise result when seventh ranked Bearcats (7-11) won against 3rd placed Rockets (12-6) in Adelaide 67-61 on Saturday. Quite impressive performance for Alice Gee (-89) who helped to win the game recording 16 points. Guard Ieva Nagy (177-91, college: Troy) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Bearcats' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The former international swingman Jo Hill (182-73) answered with a triple-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists and Opal Mader (-97) added 19 points in the effort for Rockets. Bearcats maintains seventh place in League with 7-11 record. Loser Rockets keep the third position with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
