They outrebounded Hawks 58-38 including a 40-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Joshua Chapman who had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Scottish guard Patrick Emery (185, college: Coker) chipped in 13 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Five Spiders players scored in double figures.
