Guard Lauren Nicholson (183-93, college: St.Mary's, CA) responded with 27 points and 9 rebounds and power forward Tayla Roberts (191-93) scored 13 points and 9 rebounds. Four Tornadoes players scored in double figures. Lady Braves maintains second position in League with 14-7 record having just one point less than leader Brisbane S. Loser Tornadoes keep the third place with nine games lost. Lady Braves will face Tigers (#6) in Melbourne in the next round. Tornadoes will play on the road against the league's second-placed Rangers in Dandenong and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
