Regular Season Round 26: Dongbu - Luoyang 79-93

Very expected game in Nanjin where 14th ranked Dongbu (1-25) was defeated by fifth ranked Luoyang (18-8) 93-79. The game was mostly controlled by Luoyang. Dongbu was better in second period 22-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Luoyang forced 25 Dongbu turnovers. South Sudanese-Lebanese center Ater Majok (208-87, college: Connecticut) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points and 7 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Forward Wenhan Qiao (195-91) contributed with 13 points and 6 assists for the winners. Four Luoyang players scored in double figures. Point guard Tujun Shen (185-92) replied with 37 points (!!!) and center Chen Wang (207-89) added 12 points, 17 rebounds and 4 blocks in the effort for Dongbu. Both coaches used bench players saving starting five for next games. Luoyang have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Anhui. Dongbu at the other side stay dead last with 25 lost games.
