Regular Season Round 1: CFBB - COB Calais 54-67

An interesting game was also tough home loss of CFBB in a game in Paris versus undefeated COB Calais (#7) 67-54. The game was mostly controlled by COB Calais. CFBB managed to win third quarter 15-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American power forward Chandra Harris (185-89, college: Georgia St.) nailed a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side and forward Anais Viale (188-91) accounted for 14 points and 9 rebounds. Four COB Calais players scored in double figures. Center Nabala Fofana (186-0) came up with 7 points and 12 rebounds and forward Zoe Wadoux (178-1) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for CFBB in the defeat. CFBB's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. COB Calais will meet at home Reze (#6) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. CFBB will play against Reims and hope to win that game.
