Very important is a home loss of second ranked B.Ginebra (8-3) against fourth ranked TNT Ka Tropa (8-3) on Saturday night. Host B.Ginebra was crushed by TNT Ka Tropa in Manila 121-92. TNT Ka Tropa players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American swingman Glen Rice-Jr (198-91, college: Georgia Tech) stepped up and scored 36 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds for the winners and point guard Jayson Castro-William (180-86) chipped in 28 points and 7 assists (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field). Five TNT Ka Tropa players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Justin Brownlee (197-88, college: St.John's) with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists and center Japeth Aguilar (206-85, college: W.Kentucky) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. TNT Ka Tropa have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated B.Ginebra.
