Quite upsetting was Magia Huesca's home defeat in a game versus Blancos de Rueda 67-63. The guests trailed by 9 points at the halftime before their 40-27 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Center Sergio De La Fuente (198-89) fired 15 points for the winners. Point guard Oscar Alvarado (184-91) chipped in 5 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Dutch forward Kevin van-Wijk (203-89, college: Valparaiso) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds and forward Sergio Rodriguez (195-93) added 12 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Blancos de Rueda will meet at home Leche Rio Breogan in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Magia Huesca will play against CB Prat (#7) and hope to win that game.
