Regular Season Round 2: Ryukyu GK - Hitachi SR 65-53

Round 2 most important game was a defeat of Hitachi Sunrockers (1-1). They were defeated by Ryukyu GK (1-1) 65-53 on Saturday night. The game without a history. Ryukyu GK led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. American forward Hassan Martin (201-95, college: Rhode Island) had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and international forward Ira Brown (193-82, college: Gonzaga) chipped in 9 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Canadian center Robert Sacre (213-89, college: Gonzaga) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds and the former international guard Kenta Hirose (193-85) scored 9 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
