Regular Season Round 3: Easo - Santurtzi 61-68

But Easo was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Santurtzi 68-61 on Saturday night. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 21-15. But Easo won second period 14-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Santurtzi forced 21 Easo turnovers. It was a good game for forward Juan Torres (196-92) who led his team to a victory with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Jon Betolaza (179-93) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Forward Mikel Esnaola (200-94, agency: Dynamics Global Management) answered with 15 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) and center Inigo Sarasola (207-95) added 7 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Easo. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Santurtzi will face Burgos at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Easo will play against BIOK2.COM OKE (#9) in Ordizia and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
