Regular Season Round 2: Prat - Huesca 67-59

There was no surprise when Magia Huesca (0-2) was defeated on the road by CB Prat (2-0) 67-59 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 67-59. The best player for the winners was Lithuanian center Martynas Andriuskevicius (218-86, agency: Interperformances) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. American forward Marlon Johnson (208, college: N.Mexico Highlands, agency: Two Points) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Four CB Prat players scored in double figures. Swingman Mikel Motos (193-93, college: Sammic ISB) produced 17 points and 5 rebounds and forward Sergio Rodriguez (195-93) added 10 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. CB Prat will face Leche Rio Breogan (#4) in Lugo in the next round. Magia Huesca will play at home against Lleida Basquet (#15) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
