Regular Season Round 3: Mark - Telge 70-79

Date: October 8, 2017
The game in Kinna was also worth to mention about. Telge (3-0) played at the court of Mark (1-2). Telge managed to secure a 9-point victory 79-70. It looked good early as Mark took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Telge had a 24-17 second period charge getting the lead and Mark was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 70-79. Americans were the main players on the court. It was an exceptional evening for guard Tayler Mingo (170-92, college: Wright St., agency: ProDep Management) who led the winners and scored 35 points (!!!), 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Guard Taylor Wurtz (183-90, college: Wisconsin) accounted for 24 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. Point guard Janee Thompson (170-93, college: Kentucky) came up with 29 points and 4 assists and power forward Alexis Hyder (180-94, college: LSU) added 17 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for Mark in the defeat. Telge will play against Alvik Basket (#3) in Stockholm in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Mark will play at home against AIK Basket and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
