Regular Season Round 3: Notec Inowr. - R8 Krakow 71-94

Very predictable result in Inowroclaw where R8 Krakow (2-1) smashed Notec Inowr. (0-3) 94-71. R8 Krakow forced 19 Notec Inowr. turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Notec Inowr. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for naturalized American swingman Michael Hicks (193-83, college: Central Mo.) who led his team to a victory with 24 points. Patryk Pelka (202-89) contributed with 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Kamil Michalski (182-87) answered with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and swingman Grzegorz Malecki (195-84) added 13 points in the effort for Notec Inowr.Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. R8 Krakow's next round opponent will be Siarka (#11) in Tarnobrzeg which should be theoretically another easy game. Notec Inowr. will play on the road against Sokol Lancut and hopes to get finally their first victory.
