Regular Season Round 3: Al-Qazeres - AE Sedis 68-79

Another interesting game for AE Sedis (2-1) which played in Caceres against Al-Qazeres (1-2). AE Sedis had an easy win 79-68. The game was mostly controlled by AE Sedis. Al-Qazeres was better in fourth quarter 24-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great evening for American forward Mehryn Kraker (183, college: Green Bay, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory scoring 12 points and 5 rebounds. Jamaican forward Shereesha Richards (185-93, college: Albany) helped adding 9 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Joy Brown (180-93, college: Iona) with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Shayla Cooper (188-95, college: Ohio St.) scored 21 points and 7 rebounds. AE Sedis will play against Perfumerias Avenida in Salamanca in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Al-Qazeres will play on the road against Sant Adria (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
