There was no surprise in Castellanza where Cuore Napoli (0-2) was defeated by Legnano (2-0) 85-72 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was American Nikolas Raivio (192-86, college: Portland, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored 25 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Matteo Martini (195-92, agency: Players Group) chipped in 20 points. Four Legnano players scored in double figures. Legnano's coach Mattia Ferrari used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Croatian center Hrvoje Vucic (212-91, college: Walsh) produced 26 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Bruno Mascolo (190-96) added 12 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Legnano will face Cagliari Academy (#12) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Cuore Napoli will play against Latina Basket and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
