Regular Season Round 4: Saint-Quentin - SAP Vaucluse 91-71

Not a big story in a game when 15th ranked SAP Vaucluse (1-3) was outscored on the road by eighth ranked Saint-Quentin (3-1) 91-71 on Saturday. Saint-Quentin forced 24 SAP Vaucluse turnovers. It was a very good performance for American swingman Daviin Davis (193-85, college: Weber St.) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import guard BA Walker (184-84, college: VCU, agency: Inception Sports) contributed with 17 points and 6 assists for the winners. Montenegrin power forward Zarko Rakocevic (204-84, agency: Mansfield and Associates) replied with 17 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) and point guard Yann Siegwarth (180-93) added 11 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for SAP Vaucluse. Five SAP Vaucluse players scored in double figures. SAP Vaucluse's coach Stephane Dao tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. Saint-Quentin have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser SAP Vaucluse dropped to the twelfth position with three games lost. Saint-Quentin will face Souffelweyersheim (#6) on the road in the next round. SAP Vaucluse will play against ALS Basket (#9) and hope to win that game.
