American swingman Madelyn Ganser (180, college: Holy Cross) had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward Breana Bey (175-95, college: Stetson) chipped in 27 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Brunell players scored in double figures. Brunell's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American guard Kiera Gaines (180-93, college: Campbell) responded with 25 points and 9 rebounds and swingman Dayna Finn (177-0) scored 21 points and 6 rebounds.
