The game with biggest result difference took place in Bydgoszcz. Local Enea Astoria (3-2) outscored 14th ranked Notec Inowr. (1-5) 118-61 on Saturday night. Enea Astoria dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Notec Inowr.'s 24 and made 25-of-31 free shots (80.6 percent) during the game. Enea Astoria forced 20 Notec Inowr. turnovers and outrebounded them 42-24 including 29 on the defensive glass. Notec Inowr. was plagued by 29 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was point guard Patryk Gospodarek (184-94, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 23 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!). The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Enea Astoria moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Biofarm PZN. Loser Notec Inowr. keeps the fourteenth position with five games lost. Enea Astoria will face Siarka (#9) in Tarnobrzeg in the next round. Notec Inowr. will play at home against Polfarmex (#5) and hope to win that game.
