An interesting game where RIG Mark (#2) crushed host Huddinge (#5) with 33-point difference 88-55 on Saturday evening. It was a key game for the second position in the league. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 88-55. RIG Mark forced 29 Huddinge turnovers and outrebounded them 42-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. Point guard Tim Carlsten (183-0) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and guard John Thornblom (194-0) chipped in 18 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Four RIG Mark players scored in double figures. Bosnian Mak Bajic (-97) responded with 12 points and 5 rebounds and Jamaal Sakariya (-93) scored 8 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. RIG Mark have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain second place with 3-1 record behind leader KFUM Blackeberg, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Huddinge dropped to the sixth position with two games lost.
