Regular Season Round 6: Levallois - Boulazac 70-66

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 13th ranked Boulazac's (1-5) road loss to twelfth ranked Levallois (3-3) 66-70 on Saturday. Levallois dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Boulazac's 30. Levallois forced 19 Boulazac turnovers and outrebounded them 42-26 including 30 on the defensive glass. Forward Ivan Fevrier (204-99) scored 19 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Sylvain Francisco (180-97, college: High School) chipped in 20 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was Aygalenq Alexandre (187-97) with 17 points and 6 assists and forward Dylan Affo (196-99) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Levallois moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Boulazac lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the fourteenth position with five games lost. Levallois will face Dijon (#16) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Boulazac will play against Monaco and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
