An interesting game was also tough home defeat of Louaize in a game in Zouk versus Al Moutahed (#8) 94-93. Louaize was very close to get their first win. But it seems they have to wait a little bit longer. Louaize trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 34-24 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 93-94 at the end of the game. They outrebounded Louaize 49-35 including 21 on the offensive glass. Al Moutahed looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American players dominated the game. Guard Demarius Bolds (193-84, college: Missouri Western) notched 30 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the effort and power forward Darian Townes (208-84) supported him with 21 points and 17 rebounds. Bolds is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even 29 points by guard Marvelle Harris (193-93, college: Fresno St., agency: Slash Sports) did not help to save the game for Louaize. Forward Brandon Mobley (206-91, college: Seton Hall, agency: HMS) added 22 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Four Louaize players scored in double figures. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
