Bottom-ranked Roseto Sharks (0-4) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fourth consecutive match to twelfth ranked GSA Udine (2-2) 91-67 on Sunday evening. GSA Udine made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Roseto Sharks turnovers. Roseto Sharks were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American Kyndall Dykes (192-87, college: New Orleans) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and point guard Mauro Pinton (185-84, agency: Two Points) who added 19 points (perfect from the field making all six shots) during the contest. Dykes is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five GSA Udine players scored in double figures. At the losing side power forward Francesco Infante (202-92) responded with 14 points and American guard Darell Combs (188-93, college: IUPUI) scored 15 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. GSA Udine moved-up to eighth place in A2. Loser Roseto Sharks still closes the standings with four games lost. GSA Udine will face Agribertocchi OR (#11) in Orzinuovi in the next round. Roseto Sharks will play on the road against Unieuro Forli (#10) and look forward to get finally their first victory.
