Regular Season Round 5: Eskilstuna - Boras II 96-70

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Eskilstuna (3-1) smashed at home bottom-ranked Boras II (0-2) 96-70 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 7 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 96-70. Eskilstuna dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Boras II's 32. Eskilstuna forced 22 Boras II turnovers and outrebounded them 44-30 including 19 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was guard Ramon Mirianidis (183-95) who scored 22 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Henrik Aronsson (183-95) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Four Eskilstuna players scored in double figures. Eskilstuna's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Robin Alm (184-93) produced 25 points and 4 assists and forward Oskar Andersson (196) added 5 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the guests.
